Partners in Diversity

Partners in Diversity (PiD) is an organization operating under the Charitable Institute of the Portland Business Alliance. We work with companies to help recruit and retain professionals of color in the Portland and Southwest Washington region. PiD accomplishes this goal through educational programs for practitioners and CEOs, an up-to-date job board, Say Hey! event, and Breakfast for Champions event to help professionals become aware of all that Portland has to offer.
