A landmark property changes hands in downtown Portland.

CORE recently brokered the $1.43M sale of Grace, the historic church building at 15 Chestnut Street adjacent to City Hall. The property was acquired by Jedi Temple LLC through an auction process and includes more than 14,000 square feet of gathering space within one of Portland’s most distinctive historic structures.

Built in 1856 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the Gothic Revival building has served the community for generations, first as Chestnut Street Church and later as Grace Restaurant and a well-known event destination.
