Fuji to Hood

Every beer or cider at Fuji to Hood: 2026 Japan/Oregon Collaboration Festival uses at least one special Japanese ingredient that can add an inspirational flourish, or a touch of mystery and ethereal magic to the final results.

This year, 50 breweries and cideries from Oregon and Japan used ingredients such as Japanese cedar, koji saké rice culture, Osmanthus flowers, kabosu citrus, sansho pepper, haskap fruit, matcha, soba noodles, and Japanese-grown hop varieties like Murakami Seven and Sorachi Ace to name just a few.
