Outside the Lunchbox PDX

A note from Mrs. Lunchbox,
We brought the Lunchbox home today. As many of you know we have been selling sandwiches on the side of the road for the past 4 years in Portland OR. In that time we have met 1000’s of people from all over the world (being near to the airport). We have watched first dates turn into long term relationships. We have seen relationships become marriages. We have watched pregnant bellies swell and then newborns grow into little people. We have celebrated successes and mourned loss. Most importantly we made lasting connections with some truly amazing humans and their 4 legged friends.
We thrived during the good times and survived all the rough ones because our loyal costumers and sheer determination.
It was a difficult decision to make but 4 years of commutiting 100+ miles a day and the increasing crime we decided it was best to finish this chapter so we can begin our next.
