At the National Funeral Directors Association Professional Women’s Conference, Precoa’s Anaili Diane and Tara Poujade took the stage to break down what it really means to lead with purpose, and why trust is the secret engine behind agility, creativity, and innovation.
The stat that stopped us in our tracks? 87% of business leaders think their customers highly trust them. Only 30% of consumers actually do.
That gap is where you can make a huge impact. And it starts from the inside out.

There is something special about the connection fostered at the National Funeral Directors Association Professional Women's Conference.
It’s an opportunity for women in our profession to show up, to be seen and heard, and we’re grateful for everyone who helped make our week in St. Pete's Beach so incredible.
We were also wowed by Tara Poujade and Anaili Diane Hernandez! They shared so much wisdom in their presentation "Trust in Motion: How Purpose Fuels Agility, Creativity and Innovation."
From how to build trust to how to weave it into your day-to-day role, it was a great reminder that meaningful work becomes even more meaningful when you genuinely care for the people around you.
