🎉 RECORD-BREAKING YEAR! 🎉

Because of this incredible community, Hand Up Project distributed a record-breaking 111 tons of food during our 2025–2026 fiscal year.

Together we:
❤️ Served 9,230 families
🥕 Nourished 15,769 family members
🙌 Received 4,520 volunteer hours
📦 Distributed 221,363 pounds of food

This wasn't an easy year.
Federal funding cuts, food supply disruptions, rising prices, and economic uncertainty placed tremendous pressure on food assistance programs across the country. Yet our volunteers, donors, food partners, and supporters helped us do something incredible:

We held the line.
Because of your generosity, pantry shelves stayed stocked and families continued to access healthy, dignity-centered food when they needed it most.

As we celebrate this milestone and prepare to enter our 10th year of service, we know the need is still growing. Additional cuts to services and support programs are expected in the months ahead, and more families will likely turn to community organizations like ours for help.
That's why we're asking you to join us

There are lot’s of ways to help out!
Together, we can continue Feeding the Family and ensuring that no one faces hunger alone.
Thank you for helping make this historic year possible. ❤️

SWITCHEL 🌿

Before sports drinks came in brightly colored bottles, there was Switchel—sometimes called Haymaker's Punch.

Made with simple ingredients like apple cider vinegar, ginger, molasses, and water, this traditional beverage has been enjoyed for generations as a refreshing way to stay hydrated.

🫚 Ginger adds bold flavor and has long been used to support digestion.
🍯 Molasses contributes naturally occurring minerals such as potassium and iron.
🍎 Apple cider vinegar provides a refreshing tang.
💧 Water keeps you hydrated.

Simple ingredients. Real food. Traditional wisdom.
At Hand Up Project, we believe Food is Medicine and that nourishing our bodies starts with accessible, whole-food choices.
