The Mascot Saloon is back in business—as a museum. Formations recreated the look and feel of this gold rush-era saloon with interpretive media that bring the barroom back to life. Visitors will experience what it was like to be a turn-of-the-century patron—gambling, booze, cheap eats, and cigars—when women weren’t allowed, and segregation was the law of the land. Now everyone is welcome! If you can make it to the Yukon territory, you’re sure to be thirsty for knowledge. Belly up to the bar for a swig of history.

Calling all aviation enthusiasts! There is some rich history at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site in Vancouver, Washington. Here you can visit Pearson Field, which is one of the oldest continuously operating airfields in the United States. Soon visitors can come learn about the exciting history of aviation in the Pacific Northwest at Pearson Air Museum, one of Formation’s newest projects.
