Nomad Cargo is focused on Lightweight, High performance cargo bikes. They are hand built at our shop in SE Portland Oregon. Using chromoly tubing. We plan to offer these bikes at a very competitive price. We also have plans to make a lot of things catered to hauling cargo by bike. Like front racks. Side bags and running boards for long tails. We had the pleasure of building 3 bullitt messenger boxes and 3 custom boxes for the surly Bill trailer. These were for the university on Washington mail delivery service. It’s a campus run business. They are currently delivering all of the central campus by bike. They are expanding into the university district in the spring. It’s really exciting to see big organizations switching over to bikes.

Nomad cargo just delivered 3 huge bike trailer boxes. Plus 3 messenger boxes for the bullitt cargo bike. These are going to the university of Washington. They will use the bikes and trailers to deliver mail and packages around the university. They plan to add 2 or 3 more bikes by the end of the year.
