We have had a wonderful time over the last year and would like to say thank you to all of our customers and friends for your continued support. As Winn Perry moves into 2015 we look forward to developing many exciting new projects, including a greater focus on creating our own products manufactured in and around our hometown of Portland, Oregon. We feel exceedingly lucky to call this place home and will look to support our local community in ever increasing ways going forward. We will also continue to collaborate with some of the best manufacturers from around the globe that represent the attributes that we believe in - quality craftsmanship and outstanding service.

To give greater focus to these projects, we will be closing our brick and mortar retail store at 209 SW 9th Ave. at the end of this year and will retail online only. We will have great close outs on clothing and seasonal accessories at the SW 9th store leading up to the holidays and the new year. Select clothing and accessories will be 30% off in store and online Starting Friday December 5th. Our holiday hours will remain Tuesday-Saturday 11am-7pm and Sunday 12-5pm. All close out items will be final sale.

We are excited about what 2015 will bring and look forward to sharing it all with you online winnperry.com.

We were lucky enough to receive a size run of these beauties from our friends Archival Clothing. Archival collaborated with Seattle's Crescent Down Works to make a handsome insulating down vest with a waxed cotton/nylon exterior and a worsted wool collar from Centralia Knitting Mills just south of Seattle. Now available in a ver limited run at the shop on SW 9th.

Profile view of the Alden 975 in color 8 Horween shell cordovan. Double leather soles and goodyear welt construction allow these beauties to last and last. True shell cordovan is more like a cartilage hidden under the outer layer of skin that is many times more durable than skin leather. This allows for the ability to resole each pair more times than a typical welted leather shoe.

The Alden for Winn Perry 45193H Reverse Chamois Boots or "Little Tanks". This is one of our oldest make ups, but continues to be one our most sought after as well. Inspired by rough out boots of the 1st and 2nd world wars, the heavily oiled Horween Chamois leather is nearly waterproof. By turning the leather to the rough out side you can really beat these up and not have to worry about scuffs or scratches developing in the leather.
