General information

MENTOR Oregon offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions the supports they need to reach their full potential in the communities they call home. We also provide services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and mental health challenges.

We specialize in creating individualized programs that combine personal choice and community integration with professional oversight, family involvement, and stability. MENTOR Oregon is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human services providers.

Our home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities include:
