About the role
• One sweet baby boy (6 months at start)
• Baby-focused, screen-free care
• Comfortable with contact naps while gently supporting independent sleep skills
• Developmentally focused play, free exploration & confidence-building
• Outdoor walks + future adventures to the library, OMSI, zoo & more
• Baby-only chores (bottles, toys, dishes, laundry)
• Must be cat-friendly

About their child
An active, curious, highly interactive baby who thrives on engagement and loves taking in the world around him—especially outdoors. The family hopes to find a nanny who will nurture his curiosity, spirit, and growing independence.

Ideal nanny
• Warm, calming, experienced, and reliable

Must-have
• Up-to-date on vaccinations (including flu & COVID)

Compensation & perks
• Guaranteed 36 hours/week
• $26–$32/hr (DOE)
• Sick time + PTO
• Mileage reimbursement
• Health care stipend
