This study evaluates a post-secondary support program for enrolled college students with foster care backgrounds and mental health challenges. Analysis showed evidence of intervention impact on targeted outcomes including self-determination, career-related self-efficacy, and mental health self-efficacy and empowerment.

This new article by Pathways authors, published in Psychiatric Services, reports on a study that investigated a skills enhancement and role clarification training intervention for young adult peer support specialists (YPSSs). The results showed gains in YPSSs’ skills and confidence in providing person-centered planning to the young people they worked with.
