Old-fashioned diners offer comfort and familiarity, but they could be a dying breed in Portland Northeast Portland's Cully neighborhood lost a longtime fixture after the Prescott Cafe closed its doors for good with the owner's retirement. Industry experts say ever-changing restaurant trends don't leave much room for eateries like this.

After 28 years as Prescott Cafe, 25 with Rose with 14 of her owning, it's time for her to retire.

We're so grateful for to all of our customers, old and new, for supporting us through the years!

Come see us one last time, even if it's just to wish Rose a happy retirement 🙂
