"Greg Adams, CEO of Kaiser Permanente nationwide, sent his local management to the bargaining table and gave them the authority to make agreements with OFNHP. The 4,500 workers of KP/OFNHP came to a tentative agreement on successorship— recognition, employment security, and continuation of our contracts and benefits if the company chooses to sell off any departments. Good old Greg then 4 days later reneged our agreement – obviously breaking labor law and without any real explanation. Greg loves to tout that he’s 'a nurse himself' (who hasn’t touched a patient in decades), but makes almost $8,000 an hour for a yearly salary of $17 million in 2023. Instead of using his experience as a healthcare worker to advocate for safe staffing and fair wages, he chooses to publicly shame the wage increases being asked for by the healthcare workers who take care of people like you! Greg is the epitome of 'wages for me, but not for thee' and is a gold-plated enemy of the working class from coast to coast!"
