Kasey St. John
I was back in Boulder for a few days and it’s cool being reminded just how bike-friendly this place really is.
Over 300 miles of bikeways. Dozens of underpasses so you barely have to stop. Multi-use paths that connect the whole community. You feel it right away. Movement is part of the culture here.
While I was in town, I got around on the Myon e-bike and it fits this season of life my perfectly. I’m constantly traveling, moving between cities, balancing a million things at once. The way I move matters.
What I genuinely love about the Myon:
⚡ Lighter frame than most e-bikes I’ve ridden, which makes it easier to handle and bring inside
🚴♂️ 9-speed Shimano drivetrain plus adjustable assist levels so I can dial in the effort depending on terrain
🔋 Up to 80 miles of range so it keeps up from sunrise to sunset
📍 Intelligent Ride System with Apple Find My integration for added peace of mind
💡 Automatic lighting that adjusts as the day changes
Being in a place built for movement makes you think about your own. Different chapters. Same forward momentum.

It’s Mental Health Awareness Month. So, now you are aware 💛 I’m not a mental health expert, and I won’t try to give you mental health advice. I’ve discussed my journey with OCD, depression, suicidal ideation in past posts. If you’re struggling, I put a link in my bio with the most thorough list of mental health resources I could find.
Be kind to your mind. 💛💧
