Time to get those reps in!
Here we see Rafael making progress on his second training session with the Shot Trainer. We made the adjustment strap shorter so the bowstring does not move as far before the load is applied to the sleeve.
Remember, the key is to try and make shots feel the same whether you are connected to the elbow sleeve or not! At first the Shot Trainer may feel punishing and shocking. But soon you’ll learn the extra power and balance needed in every shot.

Toxon Technologies is the brilliant engineering team behind the revolutionary . We’ve teamed up with them to use objective data to measure the shot balance and power improvement you can expect from the Shot Trainer. Astra Archery founder published a series of research papers on bow vibrations when finishing his university physics degree and thus has a deep respect and understanding for the accelerometers embedded in the Bowdometer and how the Toxon team is doing live data analysis to give you a picture of your shot. We’re excited for this collaboration because this level of analysis and detail was previously only possible in a laboratory with custom circuit boards and software. Putting technology like this in the hands of archers is groundbreaking. • The Toxon team got an amazing care package from including the most visually stunning archery book we’ve ever seen.
