Please welcome our newest BRG team member, Isa, fresh off a semester in Chile. Her first job was to find a rug she liked for us to talk about. Her choice: a modern high-low souf reminiscent of textiles she saw at corner stores in Chile. The moderne souf is a redo of the classic high-low formal Persian style from the 19th century.
