🎉 PR ALERT! 🎉

A huge shoutout to Rachel and Corinn, two long-time members of our Momma Movement Strength & Conditioning program, who both hit personal records on their box jump height today! 🙌

What makes this so exciting isn’t just the height of the box—it’s the months and years of consistent work that led to it. Both Rachel and Corinn have shown up time and time again, building strength, confidence, coordination, and resilience one workout at a time.

These moments are a great reminder that progress doesn’t always happen overnight. Sometimes it’s the result of hundreds of small decisions to keep showing up, trust the process, and challenge yourself just a little bit more.

We’re so proud of these moms for stepping outside their comfort zones, believing in their abilities, and celebrating what their bodies can do. 💪❤️
