The choreo starts with about 35 seconds of freestyle jammin, then I will count us in when the lyrics start!! After the song ends, I’d love anyone who wants to to have a 30 second solo moment while all of us hoop on our hands behind them. If you want to solo, message me how you would like to be introduced! I’ll be on a headset mic to count us in for our choreo and tell the crowd who you each are!!

I’m so excited to be teaching at this year’s in California!! When I participated in the Oregon retreat, it was such a beautiful experience of unplugging in nature, play, and community. This year, and .hoops will be teaching as well! Come and dance along the coast with us!
