Homebrewers plan brewpub in former Oswego Lake House space Jon “JT” Turner and Tim Schoenheit hope to open their Stickmen Brewery & Skewery by April or May -- in time to take advantage of warm weather crowds. The pair estimate that the large lakeside patio can hold more than 200 seats in summer.
