With your health and safety as my top priority, I am happy to reopen my clinic on Tuesday, June 16th. To start, appointments are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10-8.

We have made a lot of changes at the office to ensure the safest possible environment. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time of transition.

To protect your health, my treatment room now has a HEPA air purifier and I am doing rigorous disinfecting between each appointment, per recommendations of the CDC and the Oregon Health Authority. Appointments are now spaced out to help you avoid crossing paths with others coming in for care.

The following practices will be in place until further notice:

- Please do not come in if:
You have a cough or shortness of breath.
You have had a fever or sore throat in the past 7 days.
You have had exposure to COVID-19 in the past 14
days.
- Please wear a mask.
- Please wait in your car (or on the front porch if you come by bike or public transit) until your exact appointment time, then come directly into the treatment room (unless you need the restroom). Do not wait in the lobby.
- You will have access to the bathroom on the main floor but not the one upstairs.
- Upon arrival, I will take your temperature with a no-touch thermometer. If you have a fever (above 99.5), your appointment will be cancelled with no cancellation fee, and I recommend you call your doctor for Covid-19 testing.
- Please try to bring your own water bottle. I will be glad to get you a glass of water upon request but the lobby will not have water or tea at this time.
- Please do not bring children or pets to your appointment.
- Please sign an updated consent form before your appointment. You will receive one electronically.
- You will receive a very brief COVID screening questionnaire 1-2 days before your appointment. Please complete this in the 24 hours prior to your appointment.
