Dear Clients,
It is with great sadness that I am writing to let you know that I have decided to give up my office & close Bridgetown Bodywork until further notice.
Even with masks and strong sanitation protocols, being in a poorly ventilated space at close distance for an extended time is risky. Given the growth in cases, as well as the growing amount of unknowns surrounding blood clotting associated with the virus, it is my judgment that there is no way I will be able to resume practice safely and ethically for at least the rest of this year, and perhaps much longer. It is simply not worth it to me to put any of you in danger.
There are other therapists who are making different decisions surrounding this situation, and I hope those of you who are comfortable receiving a massage under the circumstances the best of luck finding someone who suits your needs.
Unfortunately, as those people whom I normally recommend have made similar decisions to me, or are not taking new clients, I cannot provide you with any suggestions.
It has been my delight & privilege to work with you over the last nine years, and I sincerely hope that the time will soon come when I am once again able to show up and do what I am passionate about every day.
