As Manager of User Experience, Jenni Hewes will:
-Drive UX and design continuous improvement initiatives
-Improve tools and workflows for the creative team
-Streamline hand-offs between creative and implementation teams
-Lead efforts to enhance service delivery processes
-Act as a key contributor on major client engagements
-Consistent deliver high-quality, client-facing work

As Product Lead, Brett Kana will:
-Identify and validate opportunities to develop scalable solutions through research and collaboration
-Define, manage and own product roadmaps
-Deliver MVPs and grow product sales through continuous improvement and iteration
-Bridge sales and delivery while promoting product-driven thinking
-Develop and track success metrics and KPIs
-Support go-to-market adoption and and client enablement
