I start teaching yoga again via Zoom after some months of absence. My class starts Tue 6 pm this week 11/9. Join me! It's all about the HIPS!

What's happening is this: We are closing Om360.us, our virtual yoga studio which we shared with other teachers, and Todd and I are continuing on to The Yoga of Awareness, which has existed for several years, in various incarnations.

I will be teaching yoga with an option of a monthly membership $28 x month (access to all weekly classes, automatic Zoom link to watch later, AND access to all videos on library when you want!)
