After trying this method ourselves for several years, and struggling with our own burnout and fatigue, we discovered something extremely powerful - life changing - sometimes, less is more. The more recovery time we gave ourselves, both mentally and physically, the more balanced we felt. We discovered how to work, workout and rest with efficiency. Optimizing this blend we found more energy and more passion for life. It's crazy to think we work ourselves so hard that self care days, or even hours, are a rare luxury. We want everyone to experience the sweet relief and joy of discovering balance in wellness. Don't worry, we still like to workout hard, but these days we like to rest hard as well.
