Assistant Apartment Manager (NE Portland, Gresham)

Apartment Community in NE Portland seeking part time (32 hours week) assistant manager. Hours are Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon. Must be very flexible as other hours will be offered on occasion. You must be able to live on site, rent discount is offered. Intermediate Excel and Word skills. Must be able to follow direction and learn/follow company procedures and policies. Organization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Showing apartments, renting apartments, answering telephones, making appointments, rent collection, filing, etc. Must be friendly and have sales skills. Willing to train the right person.
