We've been busy with everything going on, there's a ton to keep up with and reports are coming- but the process this week has been one for the books!

It's almost time, UAW! Our Generation's Defining Moment! The 39th Constitutional Convention doors are about to open for Delegates!

Motherhood comes in many forms and today we celebrate them all. The caregivers, the mentors, the fighters, and the women who hold it all together even when it’s not easy. Your strength shapes families, workplaces, and our union every single day.

Saturday, May 16 2026 is our next Joint Council Meeting for UAW Amalgamated Local 492. At this meeting we will hold our nominations for Local Officers. Meeting will start at 12 Noon, and nominations will begin at 12:05pm as stated on the agenda. We are meeting at the Oregon AFL-CIO, address is included in the posting at each Unit and the mailing.

Stellantis Unit Election Results!! Congratulations to all winners! Thank you to all who ran and to our Election Committee.

Attention Stellantis Unit members of UAW Local 492, Unit elections are on Wednesday April 29th. In order to participate in the election, you must be a member in good standing with the Local and if you are not on shift that day and wish to vote during the lunch hour, you will need to enter at that time through security to do so

Unit Recording Secretary and 1st Shift Election Committee will be reposted for those interested. Your bargaining team can answer any questions. Congratulations to all who ran unopposed!
