4D Recovery

On May 8th, we proudly celebrated a major milestone, the official ribbon cutting of 4D Recovery’s Bend location in Deschutes County.

This expansion represents an important step forward in increasing access to recovery support services for youth and young adults in Central Oregon.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this moment. We are deeply grateful to our speakers, community partners, local leaders, advocates, and supporters who helped make the day so meaningful. Your presence showed the strong community support for expanding peer services for young people in rural and underserved communities.

Opening our doors in Bend is about more than expanding services, it is about building lasting relationships and creating spaces where recovery is visible, supported, and celebrated.

We are excited to continue growing alongside our partners in Central Oregon and look forward to the work ahead together.
