If you value the Naturopathic care that you've received with us, please consider reaching out to your legislators about the discriminatory pay practices of insurance companies. My friend and colleague Jeff Clark has published a pay disparity report and it's staggering. NDs are routinely reimbursed 40% less than other providers for the "same" services. (and a 45 minute office visit that we offer is *not* the same service as the 10 minute office visit that's so common in other settings.)

If insurance companies were following the state and federal laws of reimbursing NDs equitably, the clinic closure could have been avoided. If you want continued access to Naturopathic medicine, please advocate for your providers.
