Native to MDI, she has cooked professionally in Paris, Vermont, Montreal, and Cleveland. Finally she returned home to Maine to work with Chef Sam Hayward at Fore Street Restaurant. Cole now enjoys life as a freelance chef, consultant and educator. Decadent Maine is a series of cooking classes focused on the bounty of local product, showcasing the best of Maine in simple and elegant preparations. O
