Established in 2007 and under new management since 2017, The Rocking Frog Cafe is an independently run, local gem in the heart of Belmont Street in Southeast Portland. Nestled in a lovely 20’s Crafstman-style Bungalow, we offer a comfortable place to study, eat and socialize. The coffeehouse features a small selection of board and card games, an eclectic library for children and adults, free Wi-Fi, cozy chairs by the fireplace and a quiet, bamboo-shrouded patio.
Phase 1 has been postponed for 1 week due to a rise in Covid-19 cases in Oregon. Many places have already begun preparing for tomorrow's initial reopen date.
The signage will stay up, but until Multnomah County is approved for Phase 1, takeout-only is still in effect. Feel free to get acquainted with the new setup as you pick up your coffee and donuts to-go!

Call you favorite local restaurant and see if they have delivery options or order for pickup! Delivery services are a sham, not respectable middlemen!
