I was digging through photos of custom pieces we made a while ago, which is basically the small business version of finding cash in an old coat pocket.

Except instead of cash, it’s tiny sapphires, heirloom stones, weirdly perfect curves, quiet little details, and the sudden memory of exactly why each piece mattered.

That’s the thing about custom jewelry: every piece holds something specific. A person. A place. A chapter. A joke only two people get. A goodbye. A beginning. A “can we make this from that?”
