🧡 This morning I walked past a sign that read: “Love is the power.” And I felt that truth land in my body.

🧡 Not love that’s earned through effort, perfection, or people-pleasing. Rather the quiet, rooted love that comes from feeling safe to BE fully yourself.

🧡 Self-love isn’t selfish. It’s the foundation of nervous system safety… the gateway to authentic alignment with your true self - the source of our personal power.

🧡 And from that place—regulated, rooted, real—we become powerful agents of change in the world.

🧡 Love is the power.
And it starts right here. With you BEing and Loving yourself.
