A perfect Easter begins with a creamy frittata or quiche Lorraine. Dinner always includes our Applewood-smoked ham with pineapple-bourbon sauce, decadent potatoes au gratin, and deviled eggs. And it wouldn't be Easter without a basket of fresh-baked hot cross buns.
