Recently we got to talk with a group of future homeowners about what home feels like to them and what they want to see in their Northeast Portland community. The team at introduced community members to the home buying process and our VP of Product Darrin Greichen helped capture future homeowner’s visions. We loved hearing how important greenspace and community gathering spaces are to this community. We will be partnering as the general contractor and delivering our modular designs to this new community. We can’t wait to bring this exciting project to life!

We're excited to share the highlights of two recent events our team participated in —the Nehemiah Studio at University of Washington College of Built Environments + Washington's Working Forests 2023 Annual Meeting.

Gratitude to our partners Nehemiah Initiative Seattle, Donald King, and Rachel Berney for this opportunity!

🌳 At the Washington Forest Protection Association meeting, Darrin Griechen joined the Building with Wood Products panel alongside Susan Jones at atelierjones, providing valuable insights into how mass timber can be a systemic solution for housing and climate challenges. “We see a future in which mass timber is an essential ingredient to addressing the major issues in housing,” Darrin said.
