Today, Proud Ground is one of the largest Community Land Trusts in the country. Our investment protects neighborhoods by ensuring working families can afford to live in their community and keep their home in affordable for years to come. Proud Ground is a membership-based organization, which gives homeowners and donors voting rights on organizational decisions. This ensures that the community members served by Proud Ground are part of the decision making that drives our mission-based work
