Changes in Oregon real estate law are on the way - starting on January 1, 2022 buyer "LOVE LETTERS" to the seller will be BANNED.
It's a pretty significant change, as many buyer's agents (including me), have come to rely on those personal letters in helping secure a winning bid in our competitive market.
