Dear friends,

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s SWORAM's Onam Sadya! 🙏
This celebration wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing support of our volunteers.

From picking up the food, setting up the hall, serving food, and cleaning up afterwards, every effort made the event smooth and memorable.

Thank you Vipindas, Jibesh Nair, Bala Krishnamoorthy and Praveen Prasad for picking up the food from all 3 restaurants.🙏

We had many adult volunteers who helped with setting up, serving and cleaning. Thank you for all your help🙏

Along with the support from our adult volunteers, we would like to give a big cheer to the children and mention their names as a special thank you! 🙏
The children actively participated by helping with registration, taking pictures and serving with so much energy and enthusiasm.

Thank you Sophia Valavi, Celine Valavi, Nidhiya Promod, Nimitha Promod, Meghan Clement, Annette Mannoor, Liya Mannoor and Joshua Mannoor for helping with registration.
Thank you Nikhil Promod and Nithin Promod for taking care of the photography.
Thank you Jacob Valavi, Johaan Akkara, Yohaan Jaison,Pranav Praveen, Navneeth Praveen, Pranav Jibesh, Anika Jibesh, Sreebhadra Vipin, Sreedurga Vipin, Aarush Sujesh, Adithya Sujesh, Adhvik Renjini Arun, Ameya Renjini Arun and Govind Santhosh for helping with serving. 🙏

This year’s food was lovingly prepared by a mix of restaurants and our own volunteers.

Naranga curry and Eriserry by Thomas Jacob, Archana Thomas and Meril Pinto
Beetroot pachadi, Olan and Sambharam by Tom Vellaringattu
Rice, Rasam, Pappadam and Semiya payasam by Vanakam PDX
Sambar, Avial, Kaalan, Cabbage thoran, Pineapple pachadi and Puli Inji by Charminar
Parippu curry and Parippu payasam by Dil Se

Heartfelt thanks to all of them for the delicious spread! 🙏

A shout out to the pookalam team lead by Rose Paul for creating such a colorful and beautiful design. Thanks to Anita Ramachandran, Jeena Chirayil, Pooja Anand, Archana Vijayakumar for helping with pookalam. We are grateful to Linny Tharappel and Francis Tharappel for generously letting us gather flowers from their garden each year for the pookalam. 🙏

Although we had sent out an email inviting registrations for Thiruvathirakali and songs, the facility coordinator informed us that only 180 people could be accommodated at a time across the lobby, hall, and outside porch. For this reason, we had to cancel the entertainment programs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
