Hi everyone. I’m Jacky, and this is a picture of our long term regulars Cooper&Kiley and me.

We met during the early pandemic time when we were still at the Nob Hill Pod. Lots and lots of encounters and good conversations. We’ve become friends and stayed in touch the whole time (a few years) they moved to Boston. They’ve just moved back to Portland recently. Let’s welcome them back to our beautiful city and community again.

I remember the few times they came to Portland to visit we were always one of the must-stops. Feel so lucky and so happy to have customers that support us so much. Now that they are back to Portland they wanna make sure they live close by to one of the Bing Mi locations which is so sweet and thoughtful. So happy for all your achievements and success!!

Same thing with Megan actually but I’ll post about that story a different time.

I went to Austin TX in late January to do the filming of this Jianbing at home video with the one and only and the amazing crew. At first I was hesitant for various reasons. Thank you to my small yet mighty team for being so supportive of me going and making sure things went smoothly while I was gone. Austin was great! And teaching Jianbing making was fun, kinda brought me back to my English teacher days😆 Please go watch it on YouTube and if you’d like try to make a Jianbing or two at home😉 You can also visit our carts or restaurant in Portland OR.

Jianbing（煎饼） is a popular northern Chinese street food sort of looks like a savory crepe with crispy wonton crackers inside for those who are not familiar with it. There are many styles of it and we do a major traditional style with our own twist.

This is our all time bestseller: roasted duck loaded jianbing. Variations of this you can get: classic roasted duck jianbing, supreme bing(duck+sausage) and Taylor(duck+bacon). You can also get a double duck jianbing. Enjoy the nice weather and come grab a bing. Two carts downtown both open today. Midtown open until 2:30 and Pioneer Square open until 3:00. Restaurant open 11-7:30.
