This Thursday, learn more about a SNAP match program that nurtures communities and supports farmers. Double Up Food Bucks is a program that doubles the value of SNAP dollars on fresh produce at participating farmers markets, farm stands, and other locations.

Farmers Market Fund is hosting an info session about Double Up Food Bucks this Thursday (May 28th) at 11AM. Our Communications and Outreach specialist, Ayana Lance, will share tips, tricks, and tools for informing your community about the Double Up Food Bucks program. Double Up Food Bucks (Double Up) is a program that matches your SNAP purchases of fruit and vegetables dollar for dollar, up to $20 a day. That means when you pay with SNAP, you can get TWICE the fresh fruits and veggies!

Double Up Food Bucks is a program that DOUBLES the amount of produce you can buy when you shop with SNAP. Double Up is administered by Farmers Market Fund in partnership with Oregon farmers markets and farm stands. When you pay with SNAP at participating Double Up farmers markets you can receive a $1 for $1 match on SNAP purchases of up to $20 per day, which can be spent on local fruits and vegetables. At participating farm stands you can get 50% off eligible produce, when you pay with SNAP.
