Known for its aid in mental clarity and use in feng shui hematite is also what red ochre is made from saying back at least 40,000 years for cave painting and body decoration. It is known as the blood stone and often worn by warriors as a talisman. This is one of the best if not best in my opinion grounding stones as it helps clear chaotic distortion energy in the field and root us deeper in the body. It clears negative thought patterns with is seemingly weightedness as a protective grounding mineral. It is known for helping with geopathic stress and balancing the body’s meridians. This is my favorite and most preferred essence when doing client readings and needing to ground.
