The Dank Pair

Bourbon weather cocktail hour at the Dank Pair Lair! 🥳👏 made us a Gold Rush cocktail (bourbon, ginger liquere, lemon juice.. floated with lemon Perrier or Ginger-carrot kombucha!). We enjoyed it with an absolute showstopper chèvre called Capriole O’Banon, which comes wrapped in Kentucky Reserve-soaked chestnut leaves. 😍👑 This chèvre is fluffy, bright, and complex. It’s perfectly complimented when served with a thin, traditional Swedish ginger crisp. To guild the lemon-ginger lily, we went with Lemon OG as our strain of choice. It’s skunky, but charmingly so given it’s uplifting lemon flavor and smell. We think this is one pairing that won’t leave anyone out in the cold! 🥃🍋🍁
