The layout of the room, where people naturally gather, how the lighting changes throughout the night, when to create impact and when to pull things back a bit - all of those details are what make an event feel cohesive instead of overwhelming.

Over the years, we’ve developed our own formula for designing events that feel elevated not just visually, but experientially. The goal is always to create an environment that feels seamless for guests from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave, where everything flows naturally and nothing feels accidental.

A LOT of moving parts went into first home opener and our team got to be part of the action from the very beginning.

From helping prep the arena to dropping 20,500 shirts across the Moda Center before doors opened, seeing everything come together for such a huge moment in women’s sports was seriously special.

The energy in the arena was unreal, the branding looked incredible, we are just so proud to contribute in bringing community, passion, and opportunity together - even more proud to support the continued growth and visibility of women’s athletics 👏🏼

Sakura-Con 2026 in Seattle 🌸

When you’re designing for something at this scale, theres nothing we love more than going BIG!

We partnered with to bring this one to life at the Seattle Convention Center - layering scenic backdrops, dramatic draping, and luxurious lounges throughout the space to make the event feel like stepping into another world.

It’s easy for spaces like this to feel cold or empty with all of the room you have to work with. The goal here was simple: break it up,add rhythm, and create places to land between panels, people-watching, and some of the most detailed cosplay you’ll see all year.
