Rising Phoenix

This time of year has become much of a challenge for me. After my birthday, I become overwhelmed with grief and memories of traumatic events. PTSD, CPTSD, and BPD are no strangers to me, and I’ve been working on accepting them as old friends who mean well and are present because they want to keep me safe. I accept them, and I don’t allow them to have complete influence or control over my emotions or actions. Some days are easier than others. Hard things are possible. Even if they feel like an immovable obstacle.

Introducing Rising Phoenix 🐦‍🔥

Hope that y’all will continue to support me in this new chapter. I’ve done a reading on what the main themes will be for this practice, and there’s a lot in store. Our focus lies with dedicated work toward change, choosing better for ourselves, making ideas into realities, creating families, bettering relationships and finding community that makes us feel whole.
