I just think this is so cool. I wanted to find a brisket for our Jewish holidays that was really authentic… so what did we do? I called and asked if they still can make it. I remember eating it back in the day in NYC and it was really good… so Carnegie says, well, we haven’t made it in awhile but for Zupan’s, why not? So here we are - the only place around to have this truly authentic product for all our Jewish holidays now.
