Alberta Alive
Alberta Alive, located in Portland's historic King neighborhood, is a two-site project focusing on supporting the community and Veterans in a permanently affordable project, incorporating art, housing, and robust service offerings. Together the two buildings are comprised of 52 units with a mix of 5 studios, 28 1-bedroom, 11 2-bedroom, and 8 3-bedroom units. The sites are two blocks from each other on NE Alberta Street, a historic heart of Portland's African American community.
