Free Shred and Recycle Event on Saturday, April 25th from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at McMenamins Kennedy School.
In honor of Earth Day, there will be a complimentary shredding station and electronic item disposal. This includes: smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktops, servers, network equipment, USB drives, memory cards, printers, copiers, and medical devices. Order Your Century Plaque!
If your home is at least 100 years old (through 1926), you can celebrate it with an Alameda commemorative plaque!
The Alameda Neighborhood Association is selling 2-1/2 x 10- inch solid bronze Century Home plaques that can be attached to your house or displayed on a shelf or mantel. They honor the history of your home and make great keepsakes or gifts.
They also help support our neighborhood! All proceeds received from plaque sales go to the ANA to help fund our advocacy efforts, informational programs, and community events.
