Grocery Outlet Regional Warehouse has Immediate openings for Order Selectors to join our Warehouse Team on our Day & Swing Shift schedule. We are looking for candidates that have previous order selecting and electric riding pallet jack (experience is a must) in a fast paced warehouse environment.

Key job functions of Order Selectors:

Pick orders in a timely manner with attention to detail - inspection of shipments prior to leaving the warehouse ensuring 100% shipping accuracy.
Wrapping of products for safe shipment to customers.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to bend and stoop on a regular basis.
Previous experience with voice pick system is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communications skills are needed.
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in a fast paced environment.
Requirements:

Electric Riding Pallet Jack required
Warehouse Order Selecting experience is required.
Swing Shift:

Sunday to Thursday.

2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Overtime is currently required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $19.00 per hour

As a Staffing Coordinator/Recruiter you will interview, hire and place employees.

Job duties include:
- Identifies qualified employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.

- Fills and services client orders. Maximizes use of office technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results.

- Supports the Senior Sales Representative to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all our company's policies and procedures.

- Provides accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses.

- Ensures high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure our company's position as provider of the highest quality service to customers.

- Maintains compliance with policies and procedures.

- Consults and coordinates with the Senior Sales Representative to better understand clients' needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands and strategize on methodologies to achieve and exceed our company's financial goals and objectives.

- Able to set own priorities, schedule day's events, structure and organize successfully.

Work Hours: Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. Some weekend or after hours work may be required.

- Minimum Associates degree, preferred Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience plus one to two years experience in a service-provider environment that requires self management and multi-tasking.

- Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.

- Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management. Must be proficient in PC software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Able to handle multiple problems simultaneously.

- Must be able to travel within the Portland metro area and occasional travel within region or division.

- Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $45,000 - $52,000 per year
