We used to make this dish at an old restaurant we worked at. It’s so good! Salty and sweet and meaty! Burmese pork stew. Pork shoulder marinated and braised in soy sauce, sesame oil, sambal, garlic, ginger and caramel. Served over rice with a soy cured egg and a sunny egg and kimchi. We’ll have it for a couple days

We used to work at a couple of spots that were kinda famous for their radicchio salad. This salad is an amalgamation of those salads. Our ode to the radicchio salad. Treviso radicchio, creamy garlic-anchovy dressing, castelvetrano olives, grana padano, salt pork lardons and toasted chili breadcrumbs. All weekend.
