The amount of artificial preservatives in food today is mind-boggling... The fact that “meat” can sit for extended periods of time without decaying is both amazing and horrifying. For this experiment I am letting the McRib sit on a plate in my kitchen where I will take a photograph every day to monitor the decomposition, or lack thereof, of the sandwich. I have not added any preservatives or modif
ied the sandwich to last longer in any way. I purchased the McRib on November 24th, 2010. For this project I have intentionally misspelled McRib to avoid trademark issues which could lead to facebook deleting this page. I'm doing this for fun, for science, and to raise awareness about what is added to our food today. Please invite everyone on your friends list to like this page...hey, maybe we can save some lives! :)
